“Excalibur” is the first single from Gealdýr’s album Cyning (meaning ‘King’ in Old English). Excalibur — a mythical sword of great power, hidden by time and surrounded by ancient magic. Through Gealdýr’s interpretation, the music evokes the mystery and appeal of this legendary weapon, paving the way for an album that dives into a new take on the tales of Arthurian legend.
